I've Started The Last Couple Of Days To Get Twinges

I've started the last couple of days to get twinges around the chest heart area for a few seconds almost like a tickling sensation. I have had a sore left shoulder for some weeks from playing badminton and seem to have an upset stomach at the moment. I have had a busy time at work the last week doing extra duties. Do I need to see my GP?
