I've Started To Have Pain In My Lower Ab Area.

I've started to have pain in my lower ab area. It feels like someone is pushing extremely hard down on that area. I always feel like I have to go to the rest room. And I have blood in my bowel movements. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on, and if it'll go away on its own.
