Ive Stopped Smoking Weed At 27 Weeks, I Live In

Ive stopped smoking weed at 27 weeks, I live in the state of indiana. Turns out my doctor drug tests and I came up positive for weed. What I need to know is CPS going to be on me now or is it only if the baby tests positive for weed? Also will it be out of mine and baby's system by the time of delivery?
