I've Suffered With Pain Related To Arachnoiditis For 12years And

I've suffered with pain related to arachnoiditis for 12years and over time I can do less and less in the way of walking or sitting. The only relief I get is laying down.
Is there anything that can help with this problems besides steroids which I won't take.
