I've Suffered With Tinnitus In My Right Ear Since 2001,

I've suffered with tinnitus in my right ear since 2001, which I got after an infection. I've seen several doctors about it, and tried various ways of coping with it, but it has never gone away. Also, I do, from time to time suffer with fluid in the middle ear (R). It feels as if a bubble is moving around in there. Is there anything I can take to dry this up?
