I've Take A Medication For Having A Fluid..after A Month

I've take a medication for having a fluid..after a month i feel again an pelvic pain..but now is worst i feel dizziness,nausea,and vaginal bleeding again.lower back pain..and crumps in pelvic right side..what this cause..please answer or give some advice..thank you..
