I've Taken 10 Mg Of Lisinopril Twice Daily For Almost

I've taken 10 mg of lisinopril twice daily for almost a year, but in the last week I've been experiencing lower bp readings then normal - after coming home from a strenuous day at the office it was 107/75. I was feeling a bit light headed throughout the day. The last few days it's been in the 115-120/65-80. Should I speak with my doctor about lowering my dose?
