I've Taken Sertraline For Serveral Years And Have A Lot

I've taken Sertraline for serveral years and have a lot of stomach damage due to Advil - ulcers and gastritis. I was wondering if Sertraline could exascerbate my gastritis. I've had them stuck in my throat before and they burned badly. Thanks, Martha
