I've Woke Up This Morning With Both Hands Being Itchy

I've woke up this morning with both hands being itchy and tingling it's also exstending upward into my arms pretty much below the elbow. What could this be? There's no sign of rash and there's reLly no reason for this to be happening that I can recall!
