I've Worked In A Kitchen For 25+ Years. I Recently

I've worked in a kitchen for 25+ years. I recently started a job at a pizza shop. Every day I've been there, I come home an my legs are red hot an itchy, from my knee to my ankle. I scratch till I bleed. It's rash looking an a little bumpy. I Havnt used different laundry soap or shower soap. I get flour on my legs. But I stopped wearing shorts. I've never had an issue with heat rash, in any hot kitchen. I have googled an googled and I can't figure out if it's a reaction or fungal. Thank you for your time
