JHi ,Im A Diabetic And Last Year As A Result

JHi ,Im a diabetic and last year as a result of a sonogram it stated i had a right mal rotated kidney ,i had always sifferef acid reflux.and a esophageal hernia , in 2011 i had a emergency gallbladder surgery that was with gangrene.Aftet this surgery i had been living in pain on my right side and acid reflux ,gas ,and severe constipation ñ.I modified my diet and included mlre fiber ,water exercise , and homeopathic suplements, about 4 monts ago the pain in my right side is unbearable it hurts below my rib cage ,in the pelvic area ,on my back near the spine above the waist ,. My doctor told me not to be so worried and emotional ,but there a days and nights that the pain is excruciating. What do i do,do i go to a nefrologist or a gastroenterologist?
