Jan. 1980 I Had A Vasectomy , March I Had

Jan. 1980 I had a Vasectomy , March I had epididymitis on left side , had a lump,size of testicle , 6 weeks recovery . First of May it happened on right side , again left side June . Pain in both testicles started from then on to date . July 22 , 1980 I had surgery on testicles , I had a lot of scar tissue removed . Moved on to different hospitals till I went to U of W urology clinic . After a long period of time they found an infection , they said it took 2 weeks to grow it . Gave me and wife medication to take . Also was told to increase our sex life . I have had problems with testicles and prostate since then . Right now I've had problems with testicles and epididymis .
I'm 70 yrs old , no sex for 15 yrs , not my choice . I have found that regular sex helped me with testicular pain , for 15 years I have masterbated as a substitute , 9 months ago I quit asterbating as it was not easy to do any more . I have had my testicles and groin area quite sore off on on for 8 months .
Question , why does ejaculations take pain away and is intercourse better than Masterbating ? I found I had longer periods of time free of pain after intercourse than Masterbating , why ?
