July 8. Broke Left Wrist. Distal Radius And Ulna. Hard

July 8. Broke left wrist. Distal radius and ulna. Hard cast removed 5 wks ago. PT started one wk later and the swelling continues. After icying swelling goes down but shortly the swelling resumes. Yesterday the PT pushed hand back with great force and then toward palm. Excruciating pain. Pain continued and woke me in the night. I cannot take pain meds...sensitive stomach. Any suggestion how I can accelerate healing?
