Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
June, 2016, My TSH came back at 6.527. I take 75 mg of levothyroxine daily. This score is an increase from October, 2015 when TSH was 5.965. Do I have cause for concern? My PCP (who is CRNP) did not comment when going over results but my cardiologist (I give him copy of all labs) did comment that it was high. Not sure what to do now. I see my PCP in two weeks, have labs done this Monday. What would a 'good' TSH be? Thank you for any guidance you can give me.
