Just Above My Knee, Bottom Of Thigh, Area Is Achy

Just above my knee, bottom of thigh, area is achy and skin is extremely sensitive to touch, sort of burning electric shock feeling when touch and muscle is painful when pressed. Bottom of knee cap achy also and some swelling below knee towards inside of shin.
