Just All Of The Sudden, I Have A Painful Lump

Just all of the sudden, I have a painful lump in my upper arm and it's starting to bruise. No reason, I have not hit it against anything and have been on my computer all night. I felt a little pain and rubbed it, and I discovered the lump. I looked in the mirror and it's bruised????
