Just Am Post Op Nissen Fundoplication - Have Barrett's Esophagus

Just am post op Nissen Fundoplication - have Barrett's esophagus and years of gastritis, hiatal hernia and reflux. Haven't taken nexium since surgery 5 days ago and my stomach is hurting just like my old gastritis. ?? Suggestions. Take the nexium 20 daily as before??
