Just Been Diagnosed With Ischemic Colitis Thru A CAT Scan.

Just been diagnosed with Ischemic Colitis thru a CAT scan. Had a colonoscopy and that confirmed the diagnosis too. I still feel constipated and have gained several pounds in as many days. I feel like I am six months pregnant....not so, I am 73 yrs old. I feel like something is in the way when I bend over in the belly, upper mid chest area. I have always had good health up to now. I was told to take a 325mg aspirin daily. I am not getting any relief and feel yucky. No fever to speak of. What's next?
