Just Came From ER With My 14 Yr Old Granddaughter,

Just came from ER with my 14 yr old granddaughter, she presented with right abdominal pain and fever of 103. Abd scan, done, then chest x-ray, told she has pneumonia in left lower lobe of her lung and the CT shows enlarged lymph nodes in the right lower inguinal area. I am concerned this is not right. Her blood work, we are told is normal even WBC normal. Nothing abnormal in the differential. All other test ok, flu, strep throat, urine normal.
