Just Curious About My Condition Which Is A Swollen Left

Just curious about my condition which is a swollen left testicle which is painful when I stand or walk. Also there is blood in my urine. Prior, to this I had noticed that up to a year ago I had discomfort in my groin area but it was not overly painful. The pain and blood have just started manifesting themselves 3 days ago. thank you
