Just Found Out I Have Enlarged Liver And Spleen. Very

Just found out I have enlarged liver and spleen. Very bloated. Do not drink. Normal weight around 110. Did scan and they don't know why. No sign of cancer. Was on antibodies and many ibroprofin and Tylenol ect for sinus infection and naproxin fexeril for sciadica. Bloated for around 3 weeks. Sent me home to wait for apt. for gastrologist cant get in until Jan!. Anything I can do to help srink this or should I even be on anitbodics? No follow up care given..
