Just Got Back From The Dr, They Think I Have

Just got back from the Dr, they think I have shingles but there is no rash, just pain and sensitivity. Took blood but won’t know for 3 days....pain is worsening and wraps from torso to back, like someone punches me in the ribs and I am bruised. I also now have shooting pain down my groin, any idea what that symptom means?
