Just Got Home From Hospital After Getting My Parathyroid Removed..developed

Just got home from hospital after getting my parathyroid removed..developed bronchitis and finally was discharged last night..no fever was reported while I was in the hospital...now today.
I am with fever and feeling sick to my stomach and very dizzy. .do I just sweat this out or what. .I am on steroids and Zithromax
