Just Got Home From The Hospital For A Pulmonary Embolism,

Just got home from the hospital for a pulmonary embolism, blood clots on my lungs. I used to smoke Marijuana to help my nausea, the doctors at the hospital didn't really give me an opinion. Would i be okay if i casually smoked Marijuana maybe once a month or so?
