Just Got Some Test Results For Liver, Gallbladder, Kidney. ALT,

Just got some test results for liver, gallbladder, kidney. ALT, AST is normal, Albumin is 51 (a little high), Bilirubin is 28 and Alkaline Phosphatase is low, 37. I have been having mild discomfort in the upper right quadrant and lower back. Was told I have small gallbladder stones in the emergency room a couple of weeks ago but they said my blood tests where normal then. I have drank alcohol since then and when I was retested today these results came back as abnormal. Could I have cirrhosis? Or Hepatitis?
