Just Got The Results For My TSH3UL Which Is 21.52.

Just got the results for my TSH3UL which is 21.52. My Free T4 was 0.87. I am currently on Levothyroxine 125 mcg every day, which I take on an empty stomach at least 45 minutes before eating any breakfast. What are your suggestions? I am awaiting F/U phone call from my primary care physician for any medication changes.
