Just Got Word That My Sister Is Throwing Up Blood.

Just got word that my sister is throwing up blood. She has been in the hosp. and underwent dialysis today. Was put on blood thinner a couple days ago. Nurse called her daughter and said they were putting her in ICU. I'm on a trip out of state and concerened whether or not I should cut short vacation and head back. She is 79 years old with a lot of health problems.
