Just Had VA Hysterectomy 3wks Ago, And Had Nerve Block

Just had VA hysterectomy 3wks ago, and had nerve block in stomach. I'm haveing pain on my right side from needle sight all the way over to belly button. Can't bend over to put shoe on, cant bump it, can't even let water beat down on right side in shower. I don't understand why I'm not having same pain on left as I am on right!! I am totally miserable from it!!!! What should I do?
