Just Had A Circleof Menstuation Yesterday, So I Put On

Just had a circleof menstuation yesterday, so i put on my napkin. After 3 hrs the napkin is empty. Till after 12 hrs of continously checking the napkin just had a bit of red stain. Today as i woke up it is still empty. I am 10 days delayed from my usual menstruation (on irregular period,but for the last 3months my monthly visit is regular)What is this kind of symptoms? By the way i did not check if i am pregnant.
