Just had a light chem peel 1 day ago got a reaction the esthetitian used coconut oil now I have tiny red marks on my face. I called my dermatologist who perscribed hydrocortisone butrate I am going to a wedding in 2days will this help? It feels tight do I add a topical like aquaphor? I used aloe b4 the creme . Plus help?
