Just Had An MRI Due The Fact My Prolactin Levels

Just had an MRI due the fact my prolactin levels were high and they were checking for Pituitary Gland tumors. That all came back great but results show there is diffuse brain volume loss, more prominently associated with the cerebrum. Everything else was great on the results. I'm being referred to a neurologist but no one has been able to answer me as to what could have caused this right now.
