Just Had An Attack Last Night And Finally Got Some

Just had an attack last night and finally got some relief this afternoon . Where do I go from here? Would love to know what to do to prevent this from happening again. I am 62 and 30 pounds overweight. I had never been overweight before. This gain has happened in the last year.
