Just Had An Endoscopy Today Biopsies Have Been Sent Off

Just had an endoscopy today biopsies have been sent off report says barrets and lax goj. I was given a leaflet that explains barrets and talks about cancer but then shown the door! I don't feel I have had anything explained, what are the next steps, treatments, should I worry about cancer?
