Just Had Dental Work And Was Given Novocain. Took 2

Just had dental work and was given Novocain. Took 2 Advil with water maybe not a ton because I'm numb and started having burning in throat and upper chest. I'm scared. I tried some peanut butter thinking no chewing involved and burning persisting. Help
