Just Had My Blood Checked. I Have Low Cut D,

Just had my blood checked. I have low cut D, anemia, low B12 and. .5 progesterone 33 estradiol and 4.3 free Testosterone. I've been feeling really awful with severe fatigue,severe hair loss, weight gain, non existent libido etc. dr prescribed HRT and says I'm post menopausal at 34. I start taking the pills tonight but right now I'm having a severe dizzy spell and my resting pulse is a little high. Does low progesterone cause dizzy spells
