Just Had My Hsg Test Today And Doctor Said It's

Just had my hsg test today and doctor said it's inconclusive probably due to spasms but can't tell if blocked or not? What are my chances the hsg test opened up my tubes and they really aren't blocked? Should we still try to conceive hoping I am more fertile now after the test? I ovulate in 2 days
