Just Had Orbital Decompression Surgery On 3/22-- Having Sinus Issues

Just had orbital decompression surgery on 3/22-- having sinus issues not being able to clear nose-- as I'm not suppose to blow my nose, now have periodically blow my nose but notary forceful - get some stuff out, but always remain stuffy.. taking allergy D & flonase. have not been using the nasal spray as the septic nerve was damaged during surgery.. Any suggestions nohow to lessen this nasal congestion?
