Just Had Picc Line In Right Arm Removed And Put

Just had picc line in right arm removed and put picc line in left arm. But now when I run my mycamine infusion through or phenergran or flush my ears ring and sinuses run and my right eye is stinging and bloodshot. Is that even possible if tip is misplaced? Have had picc lines for many years now but have never experienced this.
