Just Had Some Vertigo Symptoms (Ithink) Balance Off, Trouble Walking

Just had some vertigo symptoms (Ithink) balance off, trouble walking straight, slight dizziness and when I got to the car noticed my pupils were small. Also felt like couldn't get enough air through my nose, kind of numb. Breathing okay otherwise okay. Had vertigo before but symptoms were a little different?
