Just Had Stress Test Passed Had Echo Dr Said There

Just had stress test passed had echo Dr said there is a spot on my heart in an area that I have occasionally had pains, not bad pain thought that it was due to being tense.he asked about any shortness of breath which I have due to copy but it is received with my inhaler..what exactly does he mean by spot?he is sending me for another cath.last one showed 2 blocks 1 app 30% the other around 40 to 50%.would they show up as a spot?
