Just Had Ultrasound Of Gall Bladder And Pancreas. Shows A

Just had ultrasound of gall bladder and pancreas. Shows a mass on gall bladder and a peanut size growth on pancreas. MRI just run yesterday waiting for results. Of course doctor mentioned it could be cancer? Is that always true? Can you live without a pancreas I know you can live without the gall bladder. How
big is the gall bladder. Pancreas is 6 inches.
