Just Inside The Analysis Area I Have 2 Small Hard

Just inside the analysis area I have 2 small hard balls that don't hurt but I felt them during shower? Also I likely have 44 years old 6'1 240. Have had change in bowel movements last 3 months. Bowel movements are smaller than usual and I've had an aching in the lower left abdominal area usually after eating not so healthy foods. Feels like food is processing slower than usual? Thanks
