Just Melted The Head Of My OralB Electric Toothbrush. Covered

Just melted the head of my OralB electric toothbrush. Covered it with water to sanitize it and started doing something else. Started to smell something and didn't think much about it but when the smell got stronger I went into kitchen and my toothbrush was gone only thing left was a metal pin. Put Dawn soap in pan, filled with hot water.

How dangerous is smell in house?
