Just Received Bloodwork. 70 Yrs Old. Diabetic22 Years/ Good Control.

Just received bloodwork. 70 yrs old. Diabetic22 years/ good control. Only ongluciohage. Microslbumin urine sample was high- 4.4/ test high is 1.9.
I was on 3 courses of zithromycin and 2 courses of levaquin for serious respiratory infection weeks before. Could this have affected this test? I am terrified!
