Just Recently I Have Started To Smell This Dough Or

Just recently I have started to smell this dough or pastry like smell and I have no idea where it comes from. It's a slightly sweet yeasty smell. I haven't changed anything drastic in my diet lately, the only thing weird I've noticed is that in the early mornings milk tastes weird. I started college in August and am currently at home for Christmas break so I'm not stressed about anything that I can think of.
