Just Returned From Hospital After Having Checks Done On Heart

Just returned from hospital after having checks done on Heart , Blood and High blood Pressure which was 140 over 90 I have been given tablets to reduce and have to go to my GP Monday morning, BUT Ilead a very active lifestyle, always on the go looking after family etc plus disabled husband ? Can too much exercise, or stressing over family cause the High reading I am 81 years of age
