Just Started Experiencing A Sharp Pain And Burning From Under

Just started experiencing a sharp pain and burning from under R breast up into throat. Comes and goes every few min, not had it before .
just now experiencing some pain on left side of ear and also now feeling it in my jaw. Was diagnosed with acute upper respiratory infection Jan 1 and finished Med dose pak last sun am on Flonase now.
72 yr female Very active Flight Attendant. Am thinking maybe just indigestion but not certain.
