Just Started Having Chest Pain On My Right Side Lower

Just started having chest pain on my right side lower Brest muscle it feels like it's a little swollen and a hour ago my right armpit started burning and sweeting it stopped but now but chest still irritated and wen I lift my arm it feels like I'm pulling my chest muscle idk
