Just The Other Day I Received A Pneumonia 23 Shot

Just the other day I received a pneumonia 23 shot in left shoulder still a little sore but not painful & left forearm looks to be a little swollen but not painful . is this common because I was told shots last year's. And back in 2015 I received the pneumonia 13 shot while in hospital for pneumonia .Any thing to worry about.
