Just This Past Sunday Night Around 10pm I Began Experiencing

Just this past Sunday night around 10pm I began experiencing light headedness, dizziness. I immediately went home to bed & began experience head to toe aches, pains, chills & uncontrollable quivering & very painful heart burn. I spent last night jumping out of my bed & to the toilet because of diareah or to vomit or both. Is this just a severe case of the Flu or could it be something more serious ?
